Do you service vacuum cleaners?
Yes. We service all makes and models. We carry an extensive array of parts for a variety of machines such as: Hoover, Eureka, Bissell, Dyson, Kirby, Filter Queen, Panasonic, Electrolux, Riccar, Nutone, Miele, Oreck, Kenmore, Sanyo, Sebo, Sharp, Dirt Devil, Royal, Simplicity, TriStar, Sanitaire and Many More. Also, we have an extensive parts department for all you do-it-yourselfers.

How much will it cost to have my vacuum serviced and repaired?
Each service and repair is unique. Every manufacture charges different amounts for their parts, which makes this question a little difficult to answer. If you have a specific part and repair to ask about, please feel free to call us (812-232-8640) or email us (sweeperworld@frontier.com) with your vacuum’s model number and we will be happy to give you a more detailed answer about your repair.

Do I need an appointment to drop off my vacuum?
No appointment is necessary.

What happens when I drop off my vacuum?
We fill out a claim check and you pay labor costs in advance. Then we disassemble the vacuum and write up a detailed explanation of everything that the machine needs to run like brand new or if you just want it to run we give you two estimates. WE notify every customer of what needs to be done to each machine before it is fixed. We only fix the machine after we have been given authorization to do so.

What happens if my machine can not be fixed?
You can apply what you have already paid for labor toward the cost of a new or used machine, that way you do not lose your money.

How long will it take to have my repair completed?
Normal repair and service generally take no more than two business days to complete. Repairs are not conducted on weekends. If your repair requires a special order part your repair time will depend on the availability of that part. We work hard at completing most special order repairs within 7-10 days.

Are you a warranty station for vacuum cleaner?
Yes. We are a warranty station for a variety of machines. In addition, everything that we sell we are the warranty station for. Nothing has to be sent off somewhere. We do everything here.

Do you service shampooers?
Yes. We service and carry most parts in stock for all the major brands, such as Bissil, Hoover, Royal, Eureka, and Koblenz.

Do you offer pick up and delivery for vacuum repair, vacuum purchase, and/or parts?
​Yes, we do depending on where it needs to be picked up and delivered. There might be a pick-up and delivery charge for either machine repair, purchase, or parts delivery.
